Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, for placing any order on Zoak requires a account, so that we can validate your order and hence serve you better.

How do I track the order?

A tracking number will be generated right after your order is picked up the courier service. You can track the from the tacking number available in your account. Go to Login/My Account > Track Order > Click on Track to get the latest updates.

Payment Options

What are available payment options?

Zoak provides you with a lot of different payment options so that you can order your favorite shirt without any hassle. The available payment options are cash on delivery, debit/credit card, net banking, online wallets like Paytm, Google Pay & etc.


How do I cancel my order?

The cancel request can only be made before the order is shipped, if the request is made after that then in case of you can either make an return request after having trying the product at home or reject the order at door step.


How do I refund the order?

Every order placed on Zoak is eligible for 15 days return/exchange, you can make the return/exchange request within 15 days from the date of delivery by submitting a small form available in login/my account or you can reach us from our contact details available at the end of each page.

Terms & conditions for return/exchange?

There are only two terms for return/exchange. First, the request should be made with 15 days from delivery date and second the order should be in original condition with all the tags and packaging in place. The article will be matched with picture clicked before shipping the order then only the return/exchange request will be accepted.

Why only 15 days of return/exchange available?

We make very few number of pieces per article most of which gets sold quickly, that’s why only 15 days of return/exchange is available.


How will I get my refund?

Zoak provides with a very easy and convenient return policy, once we receive the order back the refund is released on the very same day after quality inspection. You will get the refund direct in your bank account.

Will the color of the shirt be the same as show in picture?

We understand this query comes in everyone’s mind while shopping online and that is why we try our best to make the color look exactly same in picture. But due to different specs of different screens on different devices color may vary. So please take this point in consideration before order your shirt. Any return/exchange made due to color issue may be not considered.
