THE CANCEL REQUEST CAN ONLY BE MADE BEFORE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, IF THE REQUEST IS MADE AFTER THAT THEN IN CASE OF YOU CAN EITHER MAKE A RETURN REQUEST AFTER TRYING THE PRODUCT AT YOUR HOME OR YOU CAN REJECT THE ORDER AT YOUR DOORSTEP.

HOW DO I exchange/RETURN THE ORDER?
EVERY ORDER PLACED ON ZOAK IS ELIGIBLE FOR 10 DAYS EXCHANGE/RETURN, YOU CAN MAKE THE RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY BY SUBMITTING A SMALL FORM AVAILABLE IN EXCHANGE/RETURN PAGE OR YOU CAN REACH US FROM OUR CONTACT DETAILS AVAILABLE AT THE END OF EACH PAGE.
as per fair use of exchange & return, 1st priority will always be given to exchange and if exchange is not possible then only return request will be accepted. we might deduct any additional fee from the returned product(s) / order.
ALL RETURNS ARE CHARGEaBLE at ₹100 for 1st shirt, and PLus ₹50 for EVERY aDdiTional SHIRT.
FOR REVERSE PICKUP, NEW SHIPPING WILL BE GENERATED AND YOU HAVE TO PASTE NEW LABLE ON THE BOX, WHICH WILL BE GENERATED UPON APPROVED REQUEST.
PICK-UP WILL BE ATTEMPTED TWICE. IF THE COURIER COMPANY IS UNABLE TO PICK UP THE SHIPMENT. YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND THE SHIPMENT BACK TO THE COMPANY ADDRESS. REVERSE PICK UP IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE IN YOUR AREA PIN-CODE.

REFUNDS
AFTER SUCCESSFUL ACCEPTANCE OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT, YOUR REFUND WILL BE INITIATED WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY IN ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD IF PREPAID OR BANK TRANSFER IF CASH ON DELIVERY. COD SERVICE CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

SECOND THE ORDER SHOULD BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL THE TAGS AND PACKAGING IN PLACE. THE ARTICLE WILL BE MATCHED WITH PICTURE CLICKED BEFORE SHIPPING THE ORDER THEN ONLY THE RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED.
